【摘要】 目的探讨医学实验室信息管理系统在抽血室使用的重要意义。方法抽血室配置计算机与检验科联网,实行资源共享,患者的检验报告由抽血室护士直接调用、打印。结果患者可提前30min取到检验报告,满意度由应用系统前的90.0%上升到应用系统后的98.5%。结论医学实验室信息管理系统在抽血室应用,快速、准确地为患者提供了检验报告,减轻了患者的经济损失,提高了护士的工作效率,体现了对患者隐私权的尊重,节省了人力、物力资源。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the important significance of application for medical lab information administration system in bloodletting room. Methods To equip computers and lab internet in the bloodletting room, and share resource, nurses can transfer and print the lab report for patients. Results Patients can get lab reports 30 mins in advance, the satisfactory degree before using the system is 90.0%, which is raised to 98.5% after using the system. Conclusion It can povide rapid and correct lab reports for patients to use medical lab information administration system, which can decrease the ecnomic loss of patients, improve nursing working effect, show the respect for patient privacy and save the labor and material resource.更多还原
