【摘要】 目的　寻找一种可减轻病人皮下注射组织胺丙种球蛋白病痛的有效溶媒。方法　采用双盲法进行自身对照观察 ,即单日用灭菌注射用水作溶媒 ,双日用 0 .9%氯化钠注射液作溶媒。结果　 2种溶媒注射疼痛反应比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　采用 0 .9%氯化钠注射液作溶媒皮下注射组织胺丙种球蛋白 ,能有效缓解病人疼痛 ,是一种安全可靠溶媒。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Look for a valid solvent which can alleviate pain when the patient is being given subcutaneous injection of the human histaglobulin. Methods Adopt the double-blind method for self-contrasting observation, that is on the odd days, adopt the sterile water menstrum for injections, and on the even days, adopt the 0.9% of sodium chloride for injections. Results The reaction of pain during injections which use the two different menstrums are obviously different (P<0.01). Conclusion The 0.9% sodium chloride injection is a solvent for subcutaneous injection in the human histaglobulin which is validate to alleviate the patient pain, and it is a safe and dependable solvent.更多还原
