【摘要】 目的　观察甲硝唑、庆大霉素与维生素C外用对感染性伤口的疗效。方法　将 170例感染性伤口按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组 ,观察组 99例 ,采用甲硝唑和庆大霉素溶液冲洗及湿敷 ,1次 /d ,连续 (4± 2 )d ,脓液几乎干净后再与维生素C溶液交替冲洗湿敷 ,直至痊愈 ;对照组 71例 ,用 3%双氧水、生理盐水冲洗后 ,以 0 .0 3%雷佛奴尔或 5 %的碘伏湿敷 ,直至痊愈。结果　观察组治愈时间 (19± 7)d ,明显短于对照组 (2 3± 7)d ,P <0 .0 1。结论　应用甲硝唑加庆大霉素与维生素C交替冲洗湿敷感染性伤口痊愈快 ,疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of the external use of Metronidacle, Gentamycin and Vitamin C on infectious wounds. Methods 170 cases with infectious wound are randomly divided into the observed group and the control group.The observed group consists of 99 cases,whose wounds are rinsed and dressed with injection of Metrodacle, Gentamycin once a day. This is done for (4±2) days till little pus produced. Then the wound in rinsed and dressed alternately with Vitamin C injection till it is completely cured. There are 71 cases in the contrast group. The wound is rinsed with 3% hydrogen peroxide solution and natural sodium, and then it is dressed with 0.03% Rivanol liquors or 5% Idol till its recovery. Result The curative time of the observed group ( 19±7) days is obviously shorter than that of the control group(23±7) days (P<0.01). Conclusion The infectious wounds recover faster by being rinsed and dressed alternatively with Metronidacle, Gentamycin and Vitamin C injection as a result, the curative approach is remarkably more effective.更多还原
