设计单位项目管理存在的问题及对策
Problem and Solution of the Design Unit in Project Manage
【摘要】 对设计单位传统生产管理模式和现代项目管理模式进行了对比,对设计单位实施现代项目管理后存在的问题进行了分析,并讨论了解决问题的方法。
【Abstract】 The article contrasts traditional production managing model with modern project-managing model of the design unit.The article analyzes the problems that brought after the design unit implemented modern project-managing model and discusses the solution.
