改性聚酰胺-胺阳离子树状聚合物的制备、表征及其絮凝脱水性能的研究
Preparation and Characterization of Novel Polyamide-Amine Modified Cationic Dendrimer and Its Flocculating and Dewatering Performances
【摘要】 采用发散法合成了以乙二胺为核心的0.5~4.0代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM0.5~4.0)树状聚合物。通过M ichael加成反应,用甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)对4.0代聚酰胺-胺(PAMAM4.0G)树状聚合物分子外围末端基进行修饰改性,制备了一种PAMAM4.0G-DMC新型阳离子树状聚合物。并用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、核磁共振(NMR)方法对其结构进行表征。FTIR和NMR表征结果显示,合成的产物为改性的阳离子树状聚合物。絮凝脱水性能实验结果表明,改性后的阳离子树状聚合物具有良好的絮凝脱水性能。
【Abstract】 A series of polyamide-amine(PAMAM)dendrimers were synthesized by divergence method.PAMAM(4.0)G dendrimer was modified to polyamide-amine-methylacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride(PAMAM(4.0)G-DMC)cationic dendrimer by using methylacryloyloxyethyl trimethylammonium chloride as modifier in Michael addition reaction.PAMAM(4.0)G-DMC cationic dendrimer was characterized by means of FTIR,1H NMR and 13C NMR.By FTIR,it was confirmed that modified product was PAMAM(4.0)G-DMC cationic dendrimer,which had excellent performances in flocculating and dewatering.
