超临界状态下正癸烷的催化裂解
Supercritical Catalytic Cracking of n-Decane
【摘要】 采用HZSM-5型分子筛催化剂研究了超临界状态下正癸烷的催化裂解反应,考察了裂解温度、压力及正癸烷进料流量与反应转化率、气相产物收率的关系。实验结果表明,在400~500℃时,反应的转化率和气相产物收率随裂解温度的升高而增加,以400~450℃时尤为明显;超临界状态下正癸烷催化裂解所产生的气相产物收率随裂解压力的升高而减少;裂解时生成的产物主要为C3、C4、甲苯和乙苯。反应后生成大量小分子烃类,具有良好的燃烧性能。
【Abstract】 Supercritical catalytic cracking of n-decane over HZSM-5 molecular sieve catalyst was investigated.Conversion of n-decane and yield of gaseous products increased along with increasing cracking temperature,especially within 400 —450℃ range,but yield of gaseous products went conversly with increasing cracking pressure.Major products of supercritical catalytic cracking of n-decane were C3,C4,toluene and ethylbenzene.Generation of low molecular hydrocarbons would facilitate combustion performance of this potential fuel or fuel additive.
