MCM22/ZSM35共结晶分子筛上催化裂化汽油改质
Upgrading of FCC Gasoline on MCM22/ZSM35 Cocrystal Molecular Sieve Catalyst
【摘要】 采用MCM22分子筛、ZSM35分子筛、MCM22/ZSM35共结晶分子筛为催化剂,在固定床反应装置上对催化裂化汽油进行改质。实验结果表明,MCM22/ZSM35共结晶分子筛催化剂表现出最好的芳构化性能。在温度330~430℃、空速1.0h-1、压力0.1~2.0MPa的实验条件下,在MCM22/ZSM35共结晶分子筛催化剂300h的汽油改质中,原料汽油中芳烃的质量分数由19.99%提高到30%左右,烯烃的质量分数由36.76%降至18%以下。失活后的催化剂在空气气氛下可以再生。
【Abstract】 Upgrading of FCC gasoline was investigated in fixed-bed microreactor over MCM22,ZSM35 molecular sieves and MCM22/ZSM35 cocrystal molecular sieve as catalyst.The cocrystal molecular sieve catalyst showed much higher aromatization activity than either MCM22 or ZSM35 catalyst.The olefin mass fraction decreased from 36.76% of feed to below 18% and aromatics mass fraction increased from 19.99% of feed to about 30%,during 300 h life-test of gasoline upgrading reaction.The reaction conditions were:330? ?30 ℃,LHSV 1.0 h -1,0.1—2.0 MPa.The deactivated MCM22/ZSM35 cocrystal molecular sieve catalyst could be regenerated by air.
