利用废沸石催化剂组装介孔材料的研究

【摘要】 针对废催化剂的回收利用问题,提出一种废沸石催化剂再利用的新方法,即以废沸石催化剂的碱处理母液为硅铝源,在表面活性剂胶束的模板作用下组装出孔壁含有沸石结构单元的介孔结构材料。进而以不同硅铝摩尔比的结晶度差的废β沸石催化剂为模型原料,示范了利用该方法组装孔结构与SBA-15分子筛相同的介孔结构材料的过程,并利用红外光谱、氮吸附表征和重芳烃的加氢脱烷基催化反应验证了该方法合成的介孔结构材料的孔壁中含有沸石结构单元。

【Abstract】 A novel method for reclaiming waste zeolite catalysts was proposed.Using mother liquid obtained after alkali treatment of waste zeolite catalysts as silica-alumina sources,which assembled around the micelle of surfactant to form mesostructured materials.The mesostructured materials (designated as MSB) were synthesized with poorly crystalline β zeolites as model material and triblock copolymer P123 as template possessing pore structure of SBA-15.In IR spectra of MSB,appearance of absorbance peaks characterizing five-membered rings of zeolites in range of 550 — 600cm-1 indicated that the primary structure building units of zeolites were perhaps included in pore wall of MSB.N2 sorption data showed that pore wall of as-synthesized mesostructured materials was thicker than that of SBA-15.The hydrogenation dealkylation reaction of heavy aromatic on MSB showd higher conversion than the corresponding on SBA-15,especially for MSB80 with the conversion (difference) as high as (9.87%).Therefore,the conclusion was that the pore wall of as-synthesized products (contained) primary structure building units of zeolites.
