【摘要】 根据我国道路施工技术规范要求,在高等级公路建设中须采用间歇强制式沥青混合料搅拌设备生产路面材料,而目前我国还缺乏系统指导该设备使用的文件和资料.针对高等级公路建设中间歇强制式沥青混合料搅拌设备的应用技术,如搅拌设备的产量设置、集料的温度控制、冷料初配与热料储仓料位的协调及生产过程监控等进行了较为详细的分析,以便消除设备存在的隐患,保证设备的完好.更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the requirement of road construction (technique) criterion,batch type asphalt mixing equipment is adopted to produce the material for surface.At (present),lack of the document and datum for guidance of the equipment is an urgent problem in our country.Application technologies for the batch-type asphalt mixing equipment in advanced highway construction,such as the output setting of the mixing equipment,the temperature control of the collecting material,the harmony of the hot material storage spot and the monitoring in the production progress are analyzed in this paper in detail.With such technologies some hidden perils can be removed and therefore the equipment can be kept perfectly.更多还原
