SF6断路器开断电场和气流场统一求解的研究

【摘要】 应用ANSYS商用软件包对500 kV单断口高压SF6断路器内部的电场、流场进行了二维建模与求解的研究.断路器的介质恢复特性决定于开断过程电场和流场的相互作用,由于两者计算区域不同,而且其计算边界条件又有差别,从而导致数值计算时网格生成很难达到完全一致,从而导致计算精度受到直接影响.因此,从解决网格生成入手,进行了其电场、气流场的数值求解研究,得到了断路器内部电场、流场情况分布图,并对结果加以分析,为高压SF6断路器的绝缘设计提供了理论依据.

【Abstract】 In this paper,the two-dimension numerical model of 500kV single-breaker high voltage SF6 (circuit) breaker is established and analyzed. The distributions of electric and flow field are obtained by commercial software ANSYS. The dielectric recovery property depends on the interaction of the electric and flow fields. Since solution area and boundary condition for the electric and flow fields are different, the mesh (elements) are not completely the same for each calculation. Considering the influence of the interaction on the dielectric recovery property, the uniformed mesh elements of the electric and flow fields are obtained for the high voltage SF6 circuit breaker with a complicated structure, a complicated flow path and multiple (electrical) mediums. At last the results are obtained and analyzed, which provide a theoretical basis for (insulation) design.
