基于遗传退火的小波变换矢量量化方法
Vector quantization of wavelet transformation based on genetic annealing algorithm
【摘要】 提出一种有效的遥感图像压缩方法,利用双正交小波变换对图像进行多分辨率分解,对小波系数进行矢量量化(VQ)编码.使用遗传算法(GA)与模拟退火(SA)算法相结合的遗传退火算法(GSAVQ)来设计码书,加快了收敛速度而且提高了码书性能.实验结果表明,该算法提高了图像重构质量,取得了令人满意的结果.
【Abstract】 Put forward an effective compressing method for remote sensing image. Firstly, the image is (decomposed) by biorthogonal wavelet transformation, and then the wavelet coefficients are vector quantized. Codebook of vector quantization is designed with genetic annealing algorithm. The satisfied experimental results are obtained. It is indicated that this algorithm can speed up the encoding process and improve (reconstructed) quality of image.
