【摘要】 从汽车两轮驱动方式的差速系统入手,着重阐述了关于四轮驱动的差速系统常见构成、原理及存在的问题;阐述了目前解决四轮驱动方式差速系统结构复杂及制造精度要求高等问题的方法及弊端.通过自由轮差速系统的原理分析、运动分析和理论力学分析,力求通过牙嵌式自由轮差速器这一简捷方式,解决常规四轮驱动方式下差速系统存在的诸多问题.更多还原

【Abstract】 Starting from differential gear system with 2WD, this paper discusses common constitutin,(principle) and some existing problems for differential gear system with 4WD. Some measures and (disadvantages) to solve complex structural problems and accuracy problem of manufacturing existed in (differential) gear system with 4WD. By applying principle analysis of freewheel differential gear system and (kinematic) analysis, an alligator freewheel differential gear system is presented to solve the above problems (existed) in common differential gear system with 4WD.更多还原
