带有支承松动故障的转子系统的非线性振动
Nonlinear vibration of rotor system with pedestal looseness
【摘要】 应用转子动力学和非线性动力学理论分析了支承松动的转子系统的复杂非线性现象,通过以转速比变化为参数的分叉图得出:当工作转速低于一阶临界转速时,支承松动引起的振动较大;而当工作转速高于一阶临界转速时,松动引起的振幅反而较小,但是在一定的条件下会发生亚谐共振现象而引起较大的振动.同时,还通过频谱分析对转子支承松动的振动特征进行了研究.以上结论及振动特征为旋转机械的转子故障诊断提供了理论依据.
【Abstract】 In the paper,the complicated nonlinear phenomena of rotor system with pedestal looseness are (analyzed) by applying rotor dynamics and nonlinear dynamics theory.By the bifurcation diagrams of the change of rotating speed,it is discovered that vibration of rotor system with pedestal looseness is violent in the (subcritical) wheeling speed.On the contrary,in the supercritical wheeling speed,vibration of rotor is weak.But,under certain conditions,subharmonic resonance can occur and induce violent vibration.In (addition,)characteristics of vibration of the rotor with pedestal looseness are studied by frequency spectrums.The analysis (result) provides a theoretical reference for rotor fault diagnosis for rotating machinery.
