【摘要】 随着输油气管道建设的不断发展以及管道服役年限的增加,管道因腐蚀作用会产生各种失效,为避免对含缺陷管道盲目维修和更换带来的经济损失,保证管道安全运行,对含腐蚀缺陷的管道进行剩余强度评估非常必要。文章系统阐述了油气管道剩余强度的评价方法,并比较了各种评价方法的优缺点。分析表明,有限元法能够对含缺陷的油气管道在各种外载荷作用下的应力—应变进行数值模拟,是管道剩余强度分析的一种有效手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper expatiates systematically the evaluation methods of residua l strength for oil and gas pipelines, compares these different evaluation metho ds for their strongpoints and shortcomings. The analysis shows that the finite e lement method is able to simulate numerically the strain-stress of defective oil or gas pipeline subjected to various loads, so it is an effective means for re sidual strength analysis.更多还原
