水泥土夯实桩处理软土地基技术的应用
Application of Soil-cement Tamped Pile in Soft Foundation Treatment
【摘要】 水泥土夯实桩处理技术是近年来开发的地基处理新技术,它利用工程土和水泥拌和形成混合料,通过机械或人工洛阳铲成孔,并填入水泥与土的混合料形成桩体。特别适用于山区高等级公路的沟谷软土地基的处理,具有可原地取材,降低工程造价,施工速度快,桩体的均匀性及质量效果远远大于粉喷桩等优点。文章介绍了水泥土夯实桩的加固机理、主要参数的设计和计算以及施工注意事项。例举了赣粤高速公路软土地基处理施工、试验及检测结果,实践证明,水泥土夯实桩处理软土地基,沉降控制效果良好,地基承载力明显提高。
【Abstract】 The soft foundation treatment technique with soil-cement tamped pile is a new technique developed in recent years. Construction earth and cement are blended to form mixture and is filled into bore formed by machine or Luoyang spoon. This technique is especially suitable for soft soil foundation treatment for high class highway in mountainous region. The paper introduces reinforcement mechanism, calculation of major design parameters and notable matters in construction.
