海洋石油平台健康监测研究方法与进展
Progress of Health Monitoring Research on Offshore Platform
【摘要】 海洋平台结构是海上石油开发的重大基础性设施,所处环境十分复杂恶劣,对其进行有效、可靠、实时的健康监测,确定损伤位置和损伤程度,估计其残余寿命是非常重要的。文章综述了国内外在海洋平台健康监测方面已取得的成果:基于测试固有频率的方法、基于模态的方法、基于频率响应函数的方法、小波变换方法、经验模式分解方法、人工智能方法,介绍了这些方法的原理、应用现状及其进展情况,指出将构件损伤定位技术融于海洋平台体系的检测之中,并结合其他各种相关信息和有效的损伤识别定位方法如局部检测方法,是海洋平台健康监测的研究方向。
【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the achievements of offshore platform health monitoring at home and abroad, including methods based on inherent frequency testing, modal analysis, frequency response function, wavelet transfer, empirical mode analysis and artificial intelligence. It introduces the principle, application status in quo and progress of these methods. It points out that the research orientation of offshore platform health monitoring is to put the structural component damage locating into whole system tests and to refer other related information and effective methods of damage identifying and locating, such as partial testing method.
