【摘要】 环境可靠性实验室能力验证有其特殊性,不能通过中间样品来进行能力验证,应以设备复现和控制环境模拟参数为比对量,对此比对量的量化需要考虑试验设备本身、环境、测量系统等的贡献。本文以冲击台的能力验证为例,介绍了比对参数的量化方法,全面反映了比对参数的情况,体现了能力验证单位的真实能力。这也是国内首次进行冲击试验室能力验证工作。更多还原
