【摘要】 目的探讨电化学治疗颌面、口腔肿瘤的临床效果。方法应用我国研制的ZAY-B型电化学治疗仪和特制的铂金电极针治疗161例颌面、口腔肿瘤患者,根据病变部位和肿瘤体积选择麻醉方法。经过套管针将治疗电极直接插入瘤体,保护瘤体周围的正常组织,将电极连接至电化学治疗仪开始治疗。治疗电压6~8 V,电流保持在60~100 mA,电量按肿瘤直径每1 cm给80~100 C。结果161例中CR 71例(44.1%),PR 56例(34.8%),NC 23例(14.3%),PD 11例(6.8%),CR+PR为78.9%(127/161)。随访1、3、5年生存率分别为92.5%(149/161)、63.4%(102/161)和36.0%(58/161)。结论电化学疗法简便易行,安全有效,创伤小,恢复快,对容貌及器官功能影响小,是治疗颌面、口腔肿瘤的1种全新方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of electrochemical therapy on tumors of maxillofacial-oral cavity.Methods The electrochemical therapy instrument of model ZAY-B and the electrodes made of platinum were used for the treatment of 161 patients suffered from tumors of maxillofacial-oral cavity,the anaesthetic methods were determined according to the position and shape of the tumors.Electrodes were inserted into the tumor through a trocar directly.Normal tissuewas protected by the spaghetti and the electrodes were connected to electrochemical therapy device,than the treatment began.The therapeutic voltage was 6～8 V,electric current 60～100 mA.The quantity of electricity was 80～100 Coulombs per 1.0 cm diameter of the tumor.Results 71 cases(44.1%)were CR in 161 cases of tumors of maxillofacial-oral cavity,56 cases(34.8%)were PR,23 cases(14.3%)were NC,11 cases(6.8%)were PD.The rate of CR+PR were 78.9%.1、3、5 years survival rate of our group were 92.5%(149/161)、63.4%(102/161) and 36.0%(58/161) respectively.Conclusion Electrochemical therapy is easy to handle、safe and efficacy、less traumatic、with a quick recovery and has a little impact on patients features.It is totally a new method for treating the tumors of maxillofacial-oral cavity.更多还原
