【摘要】 目的探讨组织印片在术中快速诊断的可行性。方法将术中送检的212例新鲜标本,即刻切开,在不同病变切面上用载玻片轻轻触印,制成印片,快速HE染色,光镜下观察,报告诊断结果。所剩组织均做石蜡切片诊断作对照。结果212例印片诊断与石蜡切片诊断比较,印片阳性(恶性肿瘤)57例(26.9%);阴性(非肿瘤性)146例(68.9%),印片诊断准确率95.8%(203/212)。石蜡切片诊断阳性64例(30.2%),阴性148例(69.8%),准确率100.0%(212/212)。用印片诊断阳性57例与石蜡切片诊断作类型比较,有38例完全相符,诊断符合率66.7%(38/57)。7例误诊,误诊率仅为3.3%(7/212)。3例定性准确但分类不符合,9例病变交界难定。结论组织印片诊断不同于一般涂片单纯细胞学诊断,而是细胞学与组织学相互结合观察的结果,有时可进行组织类型的诊断。在冷冻切片与快速石蜡切片同时作快速印片,可有效纠正部分误诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility of intraoperative tissue cell smear as a rapid diagnosis method.Methods The intraoperative specimens of 212 cases were diagnosed by tissue cell smears with H-E staining.The diagnosis were compared with those by paraffin section.Results When using tissue cell smears,57 cases were diagnosed as malignant diseases and 146 cases as benign diseases,with an accuracy of 95.8%(203/212).when using paraffin section,64 cases were diagnosed as malignant disease and 148 cases were diagnosed as benign disease,with an accuracy of 100.0%(212/212).In the 57 malignant cases diagnosed by cell smear,there were 38 cases in consistence with the diagnosis of paraffin section,with consistent rate of 66.7%(38/57).The misdiagnosis rate of cell smears was 3.3%(7/212).3 cases were diagnosed with wrong classification and 9 cases were difficult to be differentiated.Conclusion Tissue cell smears is quite different from single cytological examination.It can effectively improve the accuracy of pathologic diagnosis with a combination of cytology and histology.Tissue cell smears diagnosis is hepful to avoid some misdiagnosis when using rapid diagnosis by frozen section and paraffin section.更多还原
