The paper presents a evolutionary uniform optimization algorithm based on the features of evolutionary algorithms in which random methods are used to produce initial populations and uniform design method, and the analysis of convergence property of this method is also gived .Finally it is applied to solve numerical optimization problems of multimodal functions, and the result shows that the algorithm is feasible and effective.
