【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤侵犯颈动脉时的颈淋巴结清扫手术方法。方法对3例头颈部恶性肿瘤晚期颈淋巴结转移颈动脉可能受侵患者,行颈动脉间断结扎术。结果间断结扎可有效促进对侧脑血管代偿形成,为进一步进行颈清扫手术提供安全保障。结论肿瘤侵犯颈动脉并非绝对手术禁区,先期采用颈动脉结扎等处理可取得较满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the management of neck dissection for carotid-involved cancer. Methods Intermittent carotid ligation(ICL) was performed on 3 patients with carotid-involved cancer prior to neck dissection. Results ICL is effective for safe neck dissection by contralateral cerebrovascula compensation. Conclusion By the aid of advance carotid ligation, neck and head cancer with carotid involved will not be a absolute contraindication for operation .更多还原
