【摘要】 目的探讨标准型CD44smRNA在胃癌和肠癌中的表达情况及其与癌转移的相关性。方法采用核酸原位杂交技术(ISH)对36例胃癌和35例肠癌组织进行检测。结果CD44smRNA在胃癌、肠癌的阳性率分别为58.33%(21/36)、62.86%(22/35)。CD44smRNA表达与癌的分化程度、病理类型及淋巴结转移个数无相关性;与胃癌和肠癌的淋巴结转移有明显相关性(P<0.05),并且当癌侵及肌层、浆膜时,其阳性率明显升高。结论CD44smRNA在胃癌和肠癌中有较高表达,其表达与癌组织有无淋巴结转移和浸润深度有关,检测CD44smRNA对胃肠癌患者淋巴结转移潜能及判断预后有提示作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression of CD44smRNA in gastric cancer and intestine cancer and the relation with matastatic of the cancer. Methods The 36 cases gastric cancer and 35 cases intestine cancer were examined by situ hybridization. Results The positive exprssion rates of CD44smRNA were 58.33%(31/36),62.86%(22/35) in gastric cancer and intestine cancer. The expression of CD44smRNA had no difference in cancer between the degree of differention,pathology type and the number of lymph node matastatic;but the expression had relationship with lymph node matastatic or not in gastric cancer and intestine cancer . Conclusion CD44smRNA has high expressions in gastric cancer and intestine cancer. The expression of D44smRNA has relationship with lymph node matastatic or not .To examine the expression of CD44smRNA in gastric cancer and intestine cancer patients is helpfiul to evalute the degree of lymph node matastatic and prognosis.更多还原
