【摘要】 目的观察羟基喜树碱(HCPT)、甲酰四氢叶酸钙(CF)、5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)联合治疗恶性消化道肿瘤的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法恶性消化道肿瘤共126例均接受HLF方案化疗,用药方法:HCPT10mg/m2静脉滴注,d1-5;CF100mg/m2静脉滴注,d1-5;5-FU500mg/m2静脉滴注,d1-5。21天为一周期,2～4周期后评价疗效及毒副反应。结果完全缓解3例,部分缓解33例,总有效率33.3%。其中大肠癌有效率47.3%,胃癌有效率35.5%,肝癌有效率10.0%,食道癌有效率30.0%,胆囊癌有效率22.2%。毒副反应主要为消化道反应和骨髓抑制,多为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度。结论HLF方案疗效肯定,毒副反应较轻,是治疗晚期消化道肿瘤安全、有效的化疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and toxicity of the combination chemotherapy with hydroxycamptothecin(HCPT), leucovorin(CF) and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) in the treatment of malignant tumor of digestive tract. Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with malignant tumor of digestive tract were treated with HLF regimen. HCPT was given on the days 1-5 at a dose of 10mg/m~2, CF was given on the days 1-5 at a dose of 100mg/m~2 and 5-FU was given on the days 1-5 at a dose of 500mg/m~2 by intravenous drip each day. The chemotherapy was repeated every 21 days and a course of treatment included 2~4 cycles. Results 3 patients showed complete response, 33 partial response, the total effective rate was 33.3%, the effective rate of colorectal cancer was 47.3%, carcinoma of stomach was 35.5%, liver cancer was 10.0%, carcinoma of esophagus was 30.0%, carcinoma of cholecyst was 22.2%. The main toxic effects were nausea, vomiting and myelosuppression, more of them were grade Ⅰ~Ⅱ. Conclusion HLF regimen is effective and safe for advanced digestive tract cancer, the toxic effects are mild.更多还原
