【摘要】 目的　探讨改进电化学治疗方法治疗体表血管瘤的临床效果。方法　选择体表血管瘤患者90人,随机将病人分为试验组50例:采用阴极针在中央,阳极针在外周部的电极分布方式治疗;对照组40例:阳极针在中央,阴极针在外周部的电针分布方式治疗。结果　全组总有效率97. 8% (88 /90)。对照组完全治愈29例(72. 5% ),部分治愈9例(22. 5% ),改善2例(5. 0% ); 试验组完全治愈47例(94. 0% ),部分治愈3例(6.0% )。两组比较试验组明显优于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0. 05)。结论　电极的分布方式可以影响治疗效果,改进的方法优于传统方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of body surf ac e hemangioma treated by electrochemotherapy with improved electrode distribution . Methods All 90 patients with body surface hemangioma were treated by electrochemotherapy ,the improved electrode distributing(anode bullets in the central and the cathode bullets in the surface of the hemangioma )was used in 50cases and traditional electrode distributing(cathode bullets in the central and the anode bullets in the surface of the hemangioma) in 40 cases as control. Results The overall effetive rate was 97.8(88 /90).The complete and partial response rates were 94%(47/50/),72.5%(29/40) and 2 2.5%(9/40),6.0%(3/50) respectively in improved and control groups. And the lesio n was just improved little in 2 cases in the control group. There was a signific ant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusi on The clinical effect of body surface hemangioma might be related t o the electrode distribution and the improved way of electrode distributing is m uch more benefit to the patients than that of the traditional one.更多还原
