【摘要】 目的 :探讨高血压伴腔隙性脑梗死与年龄、高血压病程之间的关系以及其预后 ,探讨其神经系统的临床表现及影响临床检出率高低的因素。方法 :回顾性分析山西省阳煤集团总医院三矿医院自 1996年至 2 0 0 3年期间住院的高血压患者 182例 ,其中合并腔隙性脑梗死 130例的年龄、高血压的病程、预后之间的关系 ,对临床检出率资料进行分析。结果 :根据临床资料经统计学检验 ,年龄 6 0岁以下组与 6 0岁以上组比较 (P <0 .0 1) ,差异有显著性 ,病程 10a以内与 10a以上者比较 (P <0. 0 5 ) ,差异有显著性 ,且预后良好。本组病人中无特异性神经系统表现者较多。结论 :高血压随年龄增大及病程延长 ,腔隙性脑梗死也随之增多 ,早期发现高血压 ,并给予长期规律治疗预后良好。由于检查技术好 ,设备先进 ,检出率高所以无特异性神经系统表现者较多更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between hypertension with lacunar cerebral infarction and age,course of disease,and its prognosis and to investigate its neuromenifestations and the factors influencing detection rate.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made of the relationship between age and course of disease and prognosis in 130 hypertension patients with lacunar cerebral infarction in our hospital between 1996 and 2003,and the data of the detection rate was analysed.Results:Statistical analysis showed that there was a significant difference between under 60 group and over 60 group ((P<)0.01).There was a significant difference between patients with ten years of the disease and those with over ten years of the disease,and the former showed favourable prognosis and more patients in this group didnt show specific neuromenifestations.Conclusion:Lacunar cerebral infarction increases as patients grows old and the course of disease becomes longer.Early detection and long-term regular treatment is helpful to its prognosis.As a result of advanced detection techniques and instruments,the detection rate was higher.Therefore,more patients had no specific neuromenifestations.更多还原
