【摘要】 目的:探索后尿道断裂的安全有效治疗方法。方法:对28例采用改良尿道会师牵引术治疗后尿道断裂,术中均测定尿道两端恰好对合时的牵引重量,术后再用术中测定的牵引重量牵引。结果:28例患者,拔尿管后,均排尿通畅,均经2~3次扩张尿道,2例出现阳痿。2例尿失禁,2~3月后自愈。结论:改良尿道会师牵引术是治疗后尿道断裂的简单易行可靠的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective :The purpose of this study is to find out a safe and effective method to treat posterior urethral rupture.Methods:28 cases of posterior urethral rupture were treated with urethral traction.The traction weight and the place to apply the bandage were measured in the operations when both ends of the urethra fit into eath other properly.The data thus obtained were used in the continued traction after the operations.Results: Follow-up research was conducted in all 28 cases and patients were found to be able to urinate normally after the catheters were removed.2 patients had inportence. Other 2 had urinary incontinence and healed in 2～3 months.Conclusions: From the results,it can be concluded that urethral traction is a simple and safe methed to cure posterior urethral pupture.更多还原
