【摘要】 目的探讨压模式阻鼾器在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)治疗中的应用。方法压模式阻鼾器治疗组30例OSAS患者(男25例,女5例),平均年龄(49.7±9.5)岁,呼吸暂停及低通气指数(AHI)(35.1±21.2)次/h。对照组为同期治疗的30例OSAS患者(男24例,女6例),戴用自制阻鼾器。采用随机单盲对照比较两组疗效的差异;分析压模式阻鼾器和自制阻鼾器对OSAS患者舒适度、方便性、牙列、齿龈等的影响。结果压模式阻鼾器在治疗效果、舒适度方面均优于自制阻鼾器。结论压模式阻鼾器舒适度好,摘戴方便,对牙列、齿龈的影响小,疗效确切,是治疗OSAS较好的方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To approach the use of moulage appliance to treat the obstructive sleep apnea sydrome(OSAS).Methods OSAS patients(25 males and 5 females) participated in the moulage group,with a mean age(49.7±9.5) years.Apnea and hypoapnea index(AHI) was(35.1±21.2) times/h.Control group consisted of 30 OSAS patients wearing ordinary appliance in the corresponding period.Monoblind way was designed to obtain and analyze the statistic differences.The patients’ comfortness and convenience degrees and the impacts of appliances on teeth and gums were also compared between the two groups.Results AHI decreased by 85.6% in moulage appliance group.The change in AHI was more significant(P=0.025) in moulage group than in control group.The comfortness and convenience degrees of moulage group was significantly higher than control group(P=0.021),but the impacts of appliances on teeth and gums were lower significantly in moulage group than in control group(P=0.021).Conclusion The moulage appliance shows better treatment effect in OSAS patients.Also,it provides better comfortness for patients and has lesser side effects on teeth and gums and is a better method for OSAS therapy.更多还原
