【摘要】 目的探讨皮尔复腹腔灌注预防肠粘连的作用。方法选80例胆囊切除病人,分急症和择期两组,随机在腹腔内灌注皮尔复液或生理盐水,术后6 h测腹腔液纤溶酶原激活物(tPA)活性。结果临床tPA平均值择期:皮尔复组为(3.409±6.19)U/ml,对照组为(1.235±0.355)U/ml(P<0.001);急症:皮尔复组为(1.487±0.342)U/ml,对照组为(0.725±0.376)U/ml(P<0.001)。结论皮尔复液腹腔灌注具有减少腹腔渗出、减轻感染、促进腹腔上皮修复和增加tPA的作用,因此可减少腹腔粘连的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the preventive effect of peritoneal lavage with perfect solution on intestinal adhesion. Methods Eighty patients with emergency or selective cholecystectomy were divided into two groups,which were treated with the perfect solution or saline through peritoneal lavage randomly,and the level of tissue plasminogen activator(tPA) in abdominal cavity fluid was measured at 6 h after operation. Results In the patients with selective operation,the tPA level was (3.409±6.19)U/ml in group treated with perfect solution,and(1.235±0.355)U/ml in saline group(P<0.001).In the patients with emergency operation,the tPA level was (1.478±0.342)U/ml in group with perfect solution,and(0.725±0.376)U/ml in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Peritoneal lavage with perfect solution can reduce the effusion and infection of abdominal cavity,improve the epithelial repair and increase the level of tPA,which lead to reduce the occurrence of intestinal adhesion.更多还原
