【摘要】 目的紫外分光光度法同时测定曲克芦丁片中曲克芦丁和微量芦丁的含量。方法采用双波长分光光度法测定。结果该法测定曲克芦丁的工作曲线方程为ΔA=0.009 28C-0.005 89,r=0.999 2(n=5),线性范围为0.00~43.04μg/ml,平均回收率为(94.6±1.5)%,日内RSD(相对标准偏差)为(0.14±0.05)%,日间RSD为(1.8±0.5)%;芦丁的工作曲线方程为ΔA=0.026 99C-0.007 57,r=0.999 3(n=5),线性范围为0.00~42.48μg/ml,平均回收率为(97.3±4.2)%,日内RSD为(0.13±0.05)%,日间RSD为(2.1±0.7)%。结论该法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简便、易于普及。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish an UV spectrophotometry method to simultaneously determine the contents of troxerutin and trace rutin in troxerutin tablets. Method A double wavelength UV spectrophotometry method was used.Results The regression equations for troxerutin and rutin were ΔA=0.009 28 C-0.005 89,r=0.999 2(n=5),and ΔA=0.026 99 C-0.007 57,r=0.999 3(n=5),respectively.The linear range for troxerutin and rutin were 0.00～43.04 μg/ml and 0.00～42.48 μg/ml respectively.The average recoveries for troxerutin and rutin were(94.6±1.5)% and(97.3±4.2)% respectively and the relative standard deviation of the repeatability was less than 5%.Conclusion The method is precise,reproducible,simple and covenient.更多还原
