【摘要】 目的通过离体牙研究,比较减速镍钛机扩和普通不锈钢K型锉清洁根管的能力。方法选取新近拔除的无龋双尖牙10颗,随机分为两组,经开髓拔髓后分别用镍钛减速机扩和不锈钢K型及H型锉进行根管预备,预备完成后将各样本去冠后沿牙长轴纵形剖开,在扫描电镜下对根管壁碎屑及玷污层评分并行检验评价两种器械的清洁能力。结果两组根管清洁度经统计学分析差异有显著性P<0.05。结论镍钛减速机扩对根管的清洁能力高于普通不锈钢扩锉,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the difference in the cleaning of root canal walls between decelerated Ni-Ti rotary instrument and handy root canal enlargement. Methods Ten extracted cariesless premolars were randomly divided equally into 2 groups.After preparation with K file or nickel-titanium root canal instrument,the root canals were cut longitudinally and processed for SEM observation. The cleaning effect of canal walls was graded according to debris and smear layer. Results The debris and smear layers of root canal walls prepared with the decelerated Ni-Ti rotary instrument were less than those prepared with K file,and the cleaning effect was significantly different between K file and nickel-titanium root canal instrument,P<0.05. Conclusion The decelerated Ni-Ti rotary instrument produced cleaner root canal walls is better than K file.更多还原
