应用BL-310生物机能实验系统测定骨骼肌的绝对不应期
Measurement of the absolute refractory period of skeletal muscles by BL-310 biological and functional experimental system
【摘要】 目的建立测定骨骼肌的绝对不应期的实验方法。方法单刺激法确定其腓肠肌最适刺激强度,在最适刺激强度下以双刺激法逐渐缩小波间隔(400ms开始),并记录肌肉收缩的幅度,直到双刺激下肌肉收缩的幅度与单刺激法的相同。结果该方法测定的骨骼肌绝对不应期接近0·8ms。结论该方法简单、直观,可用于本科生及本硕生的机能实验课教学。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the better methods suitable to measure the absolute refractory period of skeletal muscles. Methods Gastrocnemius was given different stimulation to locate a suitable intension stimulation, under which the wave interval of double stimulation from 400 to 0.8 ms was gradually shortened until the reaction was equal to the single stimulation. Results The absolute refractory period of skeletal muscles detected by this method was about 0.8 ms. Conclusion This method is brief, effective and suitable for undergraduate course.
