蛋白负荷肾损伤早期过程中NF-κB和AT1、AT2的关系探讨
The relation of NF-κB and angiotensin receptors AT1 and AT2 on early stage of renal lesions induced by overloading BSA
【摘要】 目的探讨在蛋白过负荷肾病综合征幼年大鼠肾损伤过程中核因子(NF-κB)和AT1、AT2的表达及其相关性。方法4周龄Wistar大鼠单侧肾切除加腹腔注射牛血清血蛋白(BSA)造成NS模型,分别以免疫组化和原位杂交检测AT1、AT2和NFκB。结果肾病组随着病变时间的延长,NFκB和AT1、AT2表达的强度和部位均呈增强趋势(P<0.05),治疗组在相同时间点则二者都有不同程度下调(P<0.05)。结论在蛋白负荷肾病损伤过程中NFκB和AT1、AT2起着介导作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relation of nuclear factor kappa-B and angiotensin receptors in early stage of renal tubulointerstitial lesions induced by overloading BSA. Methods Wistar male young rats of 4-week old were nephrectomized the left kidney and injected with BSA via intraperitoneal. NF-κB mRNA, AT1 and AT2 protein expression were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry respectively. Results With disease aggravated NF-κB and AT1, AT2 expression increased markedly. While in those treated, the expression decreased at some extent. Conclusion NF-κB and AT1, AT2 play vital role in BSA renal lesions.
