【摘要】 目的探讨长期固定使用一试剂“船”对均相法测定血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)时所出现问题的原因,并寻找解决问题的办法。方法用出现问题的试剂“船”,装入一套新开启的HDL-C测定试剂,用出现问题的试剂和新开启试剂交叉组成两套试剂,模拟日常实际工作,分别用这些试剂测定质控血清和病人血清的HDL-C值。结果将测定结果经配对t检验,发现装入出现问题的试剂“船”中新开启的HDL-C试剂,前两天测定结果无明显变化(P>0.05);第三天开始发生明显变化,第四天变化最显著(P<0.01)。出现问题的试剂中试剂2的变化要比试剂1大(P<0.01)。结论要定期更换试剂“船”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cause of the long-term a reagent "ship" used fixs on for homogeneous assay measurement serum high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)to the problem appeared and look for the problem-solving way.Methods The reagent "ship" that arised problem were used,with packing into a set of new-opened HDL-C reagent.The HDL-C reagent that arised problem and newly openning HDL-C ragent cross to constitute two sets new reagents.Imitating to daily actual work,with these reagents respectively measurement the quality control serum and the patient serum HDL-C value.Results Measurement result by t test,discovering to pack new-opened HDL-C reagents into the reagent "ship" of appeared problem,the measurement results were not significantly changed in the first two days (P>0.05);it was significantly changed in the third day,the most changed in the fourth day(P<0.01).The change of reagent 2(R2) in reagent that arised problem was more serious than reagent 1(R1)(P<0.01).Conclusion Periodically replace the reagent "ship" is important.更多还原
