【摘要】 目的探讨复方苦参注射液对硫乙醇酸盐(TG)激活的巨噬细胞内NF-kB表达的影响。方法给小鼠腹腔内注射硫乙醇酸盐(TG),3 d后取小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞(m acrophage),进行离体培养,于培养液中加入三个不同剂量组的复方苦参注射液,观察巨噬细胞核内NF-kB(nuclear factor kappa B)的变化。结果复方苦参注射液能显著抑制巨噬细胞内NF-kB的活化,中剂量组与模型对照(con tro l)组间NF-kB p65核移位有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论实验证实复方苦参注射液其抗炎症作用可能与它抑制巨噬细胞内NF-kB的活化作用有关。以上结果为临床应用复方苦参注射液的抗炎治疗提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the inhibitory effects of Kushen injection on NF-kB of macrophages.Methods With intraperitoneal injection,Macrophages in peritoneal cavity were obtained in three days after TG injection and cultured in vitro together with compound Kushen injection with 3 different dosage.NF-kB in cell nuclear was observed by immunohistochemical method.Results The activation of NF-kB was significantly inhibited and nuclear translocation of NF-kB in middle dosage and positive control group was obvious.Conclusion Inflammatory reaction can be inhibited by compound Kushen injection and which provide a pharmacological basis for clinical use.更多还原
