【摘要】 目的　对正常人外周血T淋巴细胞Ag- NORs含量进行初步分析。方法　将14 8例健康体检者按年龄分为三组:青年组、中年组、老年组,利用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析系统检测外周血T淋巴细胞Ag- NORs含量,结果以银染核仁灰度面积与细胞核灰度面积比值(I. S % )表示。结果　T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs含量在各年龄组内男、女比较,均无显著性差异(P >0 . 0 5 )。中、老年组I S %值比青年组低(P分别小于0 . 0 5、0 . 0 1) ,老年组又比中年组稍低(P >0 .0 5 )。I S <6 %者所占比例在中、老年组中也远高于青年组。结论　外周血T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs含量存在随年龄递减的趋势,提示人体在逐步走向衰老的同时,T淋巴细胞的免疫活性也渐渐下降。在体检时可将T淋巴细胞Ag -NORs作为一个参考性的免疫指标,达到预防和早期发现疾病的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate argyrophilic nucleolar organizer regions(Ag-NORs) of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood from healthy pe rsons.Methods 148 healthy persons were divided into three groups:young,middle-aged and old.Ag-NORs of T lymphocytes in these individual s were detected by KL tumor immune image analysis system.The results were expres sed in the ratio of silver staining nucleolus area to nucleus area (I.S%). Results No significant differences in Ag-NORs between men and women in three groups were found(P>0.05).I.S% was higher in young group th an in middle-aged and old groups (P<0.05,P<0.01 respectively) and was higher in middle-aged group than in old group (P>0.05).There was a higher incidence of cases in which I.S% was less than 6% in middle-aged and old group s than that in young group.Conclusion The immune activity of T lymphocytes in peripheral blood from normal people decreases with advancin g age.更多还原
