数学教育需要重视的两个问题

【摘要】 数学教育需要重视培养学生有条件的质疑精神与让学生认识到理性不是万能的问题.有条件的质疑指不完全迷信专家与书本,但也决不是无条件的怀疑一切,质疑要坚持用逻辑的或实践的标准审查怀疑的对象.无论是数学家还是教育家,均指出了“质疑对科学研究的重要性”,质疑是科学研究的始点,培养创新精神,离不开对学生质疑思维的激发与保护.在我国,质疑思维是重要的,但追求真理的质疑精神更重要.另外,真正的理性精神并不排斥与理性精神和谐共处的其它精神,认识到理性不是万能的是理性精神的另外一个侧面.

【Abstract】 In curriculum reform, material and text of learning were necessary. But we could not neglect their spirit. Mathematical education should pay attention to two problems. One thing was to cultivate students’ spirit of oppugning. Another thing was to let students know that reason wasn’t all-purpose. We could not suspect all things without any condition. When we oppugned something, we should adopt level of logic and practice to check them. Both mathematics scientists and education scientists all thought it was important to science study that we wanted to oppugn. It was the beginning of science study. If we wanted to cultivate innovation spirit, we should inspire and protect students’ thought of oppugning. Real rational spirit didn’t exclude the spirits that were harmonious with rational spirit.
