【摘要】 目的探讨应用人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法采用人工股骨头置换术治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折患者2 2例,分别应用骨水泥人工双极股骨头( 1 7例)和非骨水泥生物型长柄人工双极股骨头( 5例)。随访观察2组患者的住院时间,负重行走时间及并发症情况。结果应用骨水泥人工双极股骨头组1 7例中,均能行走;应用非骨水泥生物型长柄人工双极股骨头组的5例中,仅1例因髋关节肌力不均、疼痛,出现不同程度的功能障碍,影响行走功能外,其余均能行走。结论应严格掌握病例的选择标准,人工股骨头置换术是治疗高龄不稳定型股骨粗隆间骨折的一种有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of hip hemiarthroplasty for the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in the advanced age.Methods22 cases of unstable intertrochanteric fracture in the advanced ages who were treated with hip hemiarthroplasty, were divided into two groups: Group A: the cemented bipolar femoral head prosthesis which were used in 17 cased; Group B: the long-stem non-cemented ones in 5 cases. The complications, the time of hospitalization and to start walking was observed.Results Exceptfor one case who wasn’t able to walk because of hip pain in Group B, all the cases could walk. Conclusion It is an effective way to treat with hip hemiarthroplasty for the suitable case.更多还原
