求解厚金属栅力学负载贡献反射系数的有限元方法
An finite element analysis of reflection coefficient attributed to mechanical loading of metallic gratings with finite thickness
【摘要】 利用Poynting定理,将有限元方法引入陈东培和Haus理论中,使栅电极区的二维积分转化为平面有限元问题,并仍采用二维积分方法分析基片区声表面波的传播,给出了具体分析过程及其力学负载贡献反射系数的理论计算公式.从而使陈东培和Haus理论能够分析声表面波在任意形状栅电极和厚电极中的传播特性.
【Abstract】 In Chen Dongpei and Haus′s theory, it is realized by a double integral to calculate the reflection coefficient attributed to mechanical loading. The problem of the double integral can be transformed into that of two-dimensional finite element by virtue of Poynting theorem. Consequently Chen Dongpei and Haus′s theory can also be applied to analyze the Properties of surface acoustic waves propagating on metallic gratings with finite thickness.
