发展肌肉爆发力的生物力学分析

【摘要】 力量是决定竞技体育运动成绩的重要体能因素,是评定身体训练水平的最主要指标。运用多种研究方法,对肌肉爆发力中“肌肉爆发力概念”、“肌肉爆发力指数”、“希尔力速方程”、“肌肉爆发力的力学理论”、“力量-时间”、“力量-速度”等生物力学的问题分析研究,通过分析指出为了提高肌肉爆发力,应加强运动训练的规范性,使发展肌肉爆发力训练的动作正确、合理、协调。着重指出利用慢速的力量训练来增加肌肉的最大力量;避免快速重复的爆发式动作练习;在一定动作时间的基础上增加力量练习。对肌肉爆发力的训练手段、方法的安排作了初步的探讨。

【Abstract】 The strength is a crucial factor of body energy in getting achievements from competition and also a key index to assess the training level of body. In this article, through biomechanics analysis of "conception on explosive strength of muscle" and "index on explosive strength of muscle" and "Hill Equation" and "power theory on explosive strength of muscle" and "strength-time" and "strength-velocity" in developing muscle strength,the more attention should be paid to standardization in sports training so as to improve the muscle strength and try make the technique correct、rational、harmonious. The author emphasizes that on the base of definite movement time to strength in power training; avoiding the fast reduplicated training of explosive way and using power training of slow spend to improve the strongest power of muscle and arrangement of the method and instrumentality of exercise was also discussed in this paper.
