CUBA联赛后备人才培养现状及发展对策
On the Development and Strategy of Reserved Talent in CUBA
【摘要】 运用文献资料法、调查法、专家访谈法对CUBA联赛各高校篮球队后备人才的现状进行调查研究,在对现状进行分析的基础上,从后备人才培养与发展的角度为CUBA联赛的发展提出建议。
【Abstract】 By document-data and expert interviewing, we make an investigation of reserved talents from every college, which is included in CUBA. Based on the current situation, in terms of reserved talents, theoretical and some proposals for CUBA are put forward.
