【Abstract】 In terms of writing psychology,in the course of writing The Records of the Historian,Sima Qian was always struggling hard in the dilemma between rational reasoning and passional excitement.He managed to embody his strong longing for official rank in his selection and portrayal of characters.The Records of the Historian presents not only the author’s lofty style of recording facts but his conscious artistic psychology in writing history.Therefore,The Records of the Historian remains as a clear-cut evidence of Sima Qian’s great personality and high value of life and can be taken as a perfect combination of social epic and mental epic.更多还原
