【摘要】 从事法律援助是法律诊所课堂外的教学形式。来自于美国的经验在中国被认可与应用不能证明诊所教育就是成功的,中国诊所教育有必要对诊所开展法律援助从根本上明确它的社会定位。研究诊所法律援助独特的风格,使之区别于政府的和其他非政府的法律援助,将教学目标与法律援助有机地结合,在教学研究与法律援助理论上有所创新,这对于在多种法律援助机制并存的现实情况下,非常有价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 To be engaged in the legal aid is the out of class educational form of legal clinic. It is not proved to be successful that the experience from America has been approved and practiced in China. It is necessary that the social roles of legal aid must be further defined concerning legal clinic education in China. To study the style of legal aid,to make it different from other "legal aids" of government or NGOs, to combine the educational target and "legal aid" practically ,to devote some new developments on theory of education research and legal aid ,it are of great value to have varied legal aid mechanism existing side by side.更多还原
