【摘要】 我校目前现有专任教师587人,其中教授、副教授、讲师、助教结构比例已经明显偏离国家教育部要求的1:3:4:2。理论计算应有教授59人,现有教授118人;应有副教授176人,实有副教授142人,应有讲师234人,实有讲师135人;应有助教117人,实际现有助教192人。这种结构比例亟待从宏观上加以调整,并建立相应整改管理政策,以利于教师队伍群体的健康发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are totally 587 professional teachers in Shanxi Agricultural University. The ratio of professors, associate professors, lecturers and teaching assistants has deviated from the standard criterion which is 1:3:4:2 according to the national committee. Theoretically, it is appropriate to he with 59 professors. 176 associate professors. 234 lecturers and 117 teaching assistants. But in fact, there are 118 professors, 142 associate professors, 135 lecturers and 192 teaching assistants. This kind of construction proportion should be adjusted in macroscopic view.
