近红外分析方法在玉米轮回选择中的应用
Application of Near-Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy in Recurrent Selection of Maize
【摘要】 利用近红外光谱分析仪对玉米HS-1群体的淀粉含量进行了两轮混合选择。两轮选择后群体的淀粉含量由68.15%增加到69.27%,实际增益为1.64%,提高了1.02倍,平均每轮增益0.84%。并对粒重的相关响应做了简要分析,分析发现,两轮粒重增益不同,C0为0.356g,C1为0.340g,C2为0.363g,两轮选择后的实际增益为1.97%。
【Abstract】 The concentration of starch in maize population HS-1 was selected through two recurrences using near infrared reflectance spectroscopy. After two selections, the content of starch raised from (68.15)% of basic population to 69.27% which was 1.02 times of the basic population, and the actual gain was 1.64%, and each recurrence gain was 0.84%. And correlation response of kernel weight was analyzed. There was reiteration in two recurrences, and C0 was 0.356g, and C1 was 0.340g, and C2 was (0.363)g. The actual gain was 1.97% after two recurrent selections.
