A1,A2型高粱雄性不育性核质互作遗传方式研究
Genotype and Genetic Modle of A1,A2 Male-sterility in Sorghum
【摘要】 用A1,A2不育系与相应的恢复系杂交,再用A1,A2不育系、保持系与A1,A2杂交种交叉杂交,对获得的F1,F2,BC1F1,BC1F2群体进行了育性遗传分析。结果表明,A1,A2雄性不育性均由两对基因控制,但A1,A2基因互不等位。A1雄性不育系的完整遗传模式为S1N2(ms1ms1ms1’ms1’ms2ms2ms2’ms2’),相应的保持系基因型为N1N2(ms1ms1ms1’ms1’ms2ms2ms2’ms2’),A2雄性不育系的遗传模式为N1S2(MS1MS1ms2ms2ms2’ms2’),相应的保持系基因型为N1N2(MS1MS1ms2ms2ms2’ms2’)。A1,A2相应的恢复系核基因型各有6种,其表达方式有明确的对应性,在相应的不育位点,只要有其中一对就可实现对不育系的恢复。分析认为,高粱细胞核、细胞质内均有多种育性基因存在,但是细胞质内的不育基因和细胞核内的不育基因有些是有关系的,有些则是没有关系的,保养有细胞质和细胞核同时具备同样性质的不育基因时,不育特性才能表达,如有一方有可育基因存在,则表现可育,呈对应互作关系。
【Abstract】 A1 and A2 male-sterile lines were crossed with restorer lines,A1 and A2 male-sterile and maitainer lines were crossed with the hybrids of A1 and A2 cytoplasm. The genetics of sexuality in F1,F2,BC1F1,BC1F2 produced were analysed during 1978~1992. The following conclusions were obtained.The male-sterility of A1 and A2 cytoplasm was both controlled by two nuclear genes.The genotype of A1 cytoplasm male sterility is S1N2(ms1ms1ms1’ms1’ms2ms2ms2’ms2’) ,and the maintainer line is N1N2 (ms1ms1ms1’ms1’ms2ms2ms2’ms2’). The genotype of A2 cytoplasm male sterility is N1S2 (MS1MS1ms2ms2 ms2’ms2’) and the maitainer is N1N2(MS1MS1ms2ms2ms2’ms2’). The nuclear genotype of restorer lines of A1 and A2 are of 6 types separatly. There are correspondence clealy in the sex expression genes and cytoplasm.
