【摘要】 目的观察正清风痛宁治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的疗效及血清RANTES表达水平的变化。方法采用正清风痛宁、甲氨蝶呤、雷公藤多甙治疗180例RA,每组各60例。结果正清风痛宁、甲氨蝶呤、雷公藤多甙片均可改善RA的症状、体征、实验室检查指标、血清RANTES水平,总有效率正清风痛宁组为94.25%,甲氨蝶呤组为89.67%,雷公藤多甙片组为75.8%,正清风痛宁组与甲氨蝶呤组较雷公藤多甙组为优(P<0.05),且这两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。其中正清风痛宁毒性和不良反应少而轻。结论正清风痛宁治疗RA疗效好、安全性高,可有效降低血清RANTES表达水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective:to observe the effect of zhengqinfengtongning on rheumatoid arthritis patients and the expression of regulate upon activation normal t cell expression and secreted(rantes).methods:180 ra patients were divided into 3 group and were treated by.zhengqingfengtongning,methotrexate(mtx),triptolide respectively,each group 60 ra patients.results:zhengqinfengtiongning,mtx,triptolide all can improve the symptom index discrepancy in laboratory and the expression of rantes in serum. about 94.25% effective to zhengqinfengtongning 89.67% effective to mtx and 75.8% effective to triptolide.zhengqinfengtongning group and mtx group both better than triptolide group (p<0.05),and there was not significant difference between them(p>0.05).the toxicity and side effect of zhengqinfengtongning was the least.conclusion:zhengqinfengtongning was the best drug for ra and it can reduce the expression of rantes in serum significantly.更多还原
