【摘要】 目的 :探讨输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术后配合中药排石汤降低术后残留结石的有效性。方法 :16 6例输尿管结石患者随机分为两组 :治疗组 83例 ,碎石术后给予服用中药排石汤 ;对照组 83例 ,碎石术后不服用中药排石汤。结果 :治疗组术后 4周、6周、8周结石残留率分别为 3.7%、2 .4 %、1.2 % ,对照组术后 4周、6周、8周结石残留率分别为16 .0 %、11.1%、9.9%。两组经 χ2检验差别有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :输尿管镜下气压弹道碎石术后配合中药排石汤治疗能降低结石残留率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the efficiency of the treatment of the urinary calculi which were remained after the ballistic lithotripsy combined with ureterorenoscopy with the decoction of excluding the calculi.Methods:166 cases of urinary calculi were randomly divided into two groups:83 cases of the therapeutic group received the treatment with the decoction of excluding the calculi after the ballistic lithotripsy,while 83 cases of the control group didn′t.Results:The ratio of the remained calculi of the therapeutic group were separately 3.7% after four weeks,2.4% after six weeks and 1.2% after eight weeks after the operation.And the ratio of the remained calculi of the control group were separately 16.0% after four weeks,11.1% after six weeks and 9.9% after eight weeks after the operation.There was significantly statistical difference between the two groups by χ2 test(P<0.05).Conclusion:The ration of the remained calculi can be decreased by the treatment with the decoction of excluding the calculi after the ballistic lithotripsy combined with ureterorenoscopy.更多还原
