【摘要】 目的 :讨论美托洛尔在心功能不全患者中的应用。方法 :在对 5 0名心功能不全患者进行常规的强心、利尿、扩血管药物治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔 ,观察美托洛尔的临床效果及安全性。结论 :正常规抗心力衰竭治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔可以明显改善患者的心功能更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose: to discuss the application of Metoprol in treating incomplete heart function. Method: to observe the clinical results and security of Metoprol, by adding Metoprol to 50 patients with incomplete heart function besides routine cardiac stimulants and diuresis and vessel- expanding medicines. Result: the heart function of patients can be greatly improved after they have been given Metoprol besides routine treatment of heart failure.更多还原
