【摘要】 本章以自组织竞争人工神经网络为工具 ,对全国各省的公路交通运输发展现状水平进行了聚类分析。此分类对各省发展制定下一阶段发展战略具有一定的全局指导性。通过直截利用人工神经网络中的工具箱函数 ,进行编程 ,能迅速得到正确、简明的结果 ,说明了自组织竞争型人工神经网络用于解决分类问题的正确性更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper uses Self-organizing NNs as tools to cluster the level of present transportation-development of all the provinces in our country.This clustering for every province’s development can instruct the development-strategy of next step.Using directly tools-function of neural network,editing process,we can get right and concise results quickly,which can direct the right by using Self-organizing NNs to solve such problem of clustering.更多还原
