自动加减速算法对数控加工误差的影响
Influence of Index Algorithm of Acceleration/Deceleration on CNC Machining Error
【摘要】 研究了数控装置指数加减速控制算法,分析了稳态与动态位置误差产生的数学模型以及它们对螺纹和转角切削等数控加工的误差,提出了消除或减小加工误差的方法。
【Abstract】 This paper studied on index algorithm of CNC acceleration/deceleration control,analyzed the math model produced in dynamic and steady position error and their NC machining error for thread and turn corner cutting,pointed out methods of removing and reducing machining error.
